Die Zimmer sind schön ...

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt leider kein Restaurant im Hotel und die Bar schließt um 21:00 Uhr. Laufweg zum weißen Haus und Lincoln Memorial sind jeweils ca. 10-15 Minuten. Leider ist nah angrenzend eine Zeltstadt mit Obdachlosen, das macht die Gegend in den Abendstunden etwas unheimlich.

We were not expecting ...

We were not expecting the hotel room to have no AC. When we called the front desk in the evening to ask about it, the female manager who answered (I won’t name names) was extremely rude and simply said, “Just open the window.” We were shocked by her response and tone, and when we asked for clarification, she continued to be unhelpful and dismissive. However, the next morning, the Peter, also a manager called us directly, apologized sincerely, and took the time to listen and understand our concerns. That’s what I call true customer service and good communication. He even offered us a different room, which we greatly appreciated. We personally thanked him for his professionalism and support. Also want to appreciate the front desk staff member, I believe her name was Christy, for being so kind and helpful!

Great location !!! Room ...

Great location !!! Room was super clean with vanity area and nice kitchen. Staff super nice with the exception of the lady at the front lobby 1st shift 08.18.21
