Excelente, muy confortable, limpio ...

Excelente, muy confortable, limpio y cómodo. Esta muy cerca de las mayores atracciones de Whashington, como todos los monumentos del National Mall y los museos más interesantes del Instituto Smithsoniano.

Great location and a ...

Great location and a nice bargain for DC. The hotel is nice, comfortable with clean large rooms. The area is quiet but we were able to walk to a few restaurants and also to the main tourist attractions (Lincoln Memorial, Mall, etc) and to the Kennedy Memorial Concert Hall (our destination). Few items to keep in mind… Parking at the hotel is pricy but we were able to park right on the street (on the weekend) right in front of the hotel. The hotel has two entrances and one is not accessible (stairs and no ramp to reach the elevators which are up a few steps from the lobby). Check in was easy and they explained that there is an accessible entrance from the garage, it we found out the other side entrance has no stairs in front. The two entrances did cause some confusion with one of our Uber drivers, but it was manageable. The room does not have a refrigerator, and one has to call the front desk for ice. Not a big deal, but something to know if you, like us, like cold water/beverages in your room. Lastly, the tv is terrible. They need to upgrade.

Arrived to a great ...

Arrived to a great Valet experience. Allowed early check in. Room was hot until we figured out how to turn on thermostat. City view was inaccessible, due to broken roman style shade. 'Guest Svcs.' could not provide bus schedule for Kennedy Center. Though repair of shade was requested, was not attended to as quickly as expected cancelled request to fix.

Very clean. Very nice ...

Very clean. Very nice staff. We had the best cleaning person! Not only was our room tended to daily ( which is unusual post Covid) it was Cleaned not just make the bed. Appreciated the room set up with the dressing room next to the bathroom. It was great considering I was sharing with a friend and not a family member. Great experience. Thank you.
