Beautiful Conversion from apartment ...

Beautiful Conversion from apartment to hotel! I loved the Art Decco inspired bathroom/vanity space. Only thing missing was a chair in the vanity space(much needed). Also, loved the eat in kitchen off of the main room! There were mini French doors that separated the kitchen from the rest of the room. Perfect!

Staying at the State ...

Staying at the State Plaza Hotel was a great experience for my family!! We were in DC for vacation and wanted a clean, good hotel but not too fancy or pretentious and in a central location with easy walking to DC museums and sites. State met our expectations! The room was a suite, and very clean with a nice bathroom, and a TV. The best part about the room was definitely the kitchen. It came with pots, pans, utensils, cups, a big fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a nice little table. The staff were very friendly, patient, and worked hard to make our stay good! Omer the doorman was cool, friendly and helpful! The little café is great for an early breakfast to start the day, and it also has good lunch options and a kid's menu. Overall, I was very pleased, and we would stay at State Plaza again. Highly recommend!
