I love this place ...

I love this place so much. I miss how it used to be a bit homier in the rooms, but the update theyve done has been really well executed. They kept details like their period cabinets in the kitchen and period details in the bathrooms. The furniture is real wood--not pressboard-- which makes it feel warmer. Less like you're in another anonymous hotel room. Everything is very clean. This is one of my favorite hotels.

I love this place ...

Fantastic stay - good ...

Fantastic stay - good value, very nice rooms, beds, and bathrooms, and the neighborhood is great. Service at the hotel was very nice. Nice to have a restaurant in the lobby, but there are plenty of nearby options. No complaints at all.

This hotel is well ...

This hotel is well located with easy access to everything. The CVS next door was a lifesaver and the staff was extremely helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, a powder room, and bathroom. It was extremely spacious, clean, and we were able to really spread out and be comfortable. It was our first time to DC and we will recommend the state plaza hotel all of our friends & family.
