I went in yesterday and they didn't have any openings. I really needed a room as my mother was in the hospital and I wanted to stay overnight.I told them we were regular customers years ago, but they didn't accommodate me.

5 day stay 2 weeks ago. Room was simple but clean. Location is convenient and we felt safe walking in the area. We didn't try restaurant till last night but wish we would've stopped earlier! Server there was a pleasure to talk to. Food was great..try the risotto! Front desk staff very helpful. Hotel actually has two entrances which we found challenging trying to find our room! Next visit, we will only rent a car if we are leaving the city. Helpful tip. When needing a ride, try EMPOWER vs. UBER, TAXI, etc. Pricing significantly less with same drivers!

The room was spacious with a mini-kitchen and dining area. Although we didn't use it, it would be very helpful for anyone wanting to cook during their stay. We visited DC during the Labor Day holiday, there were not many travelers, our room and the surrounding area were quiet, the hotel's proximity to the National Mall was a major plus. The linens were clean, the bed was comfortable. However, the building layout and parking garage might be inconvenient for some travelers. The two hotel buildings are separated by the underground parking garage, guests may have to walk from one side to the other. Additionally, parking spaces in the garage are limited and were full when we arrived, so it might be a good idea to reserve a spot in a nearby public parking garage ahead of time. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Nice large rooms, kitchen, makeup room...

Little noisy late at night, you can hear through the walls. Coffee was spilled outside when I arrived and still there when I left in the morning. Otherwise friendly staff, clean room and bed.
