Staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and well organized. You get complementary drinking water.daily. There is a convenient kitchenette. One note with deliveries- you are charged $5 per package after your first three items.

Stayed two nights. Many sites within walking distance. Hotel staff was superb. Best price for comfortable rooms.

My parents and I had a wonderful 5-day, 4-night stay at the State Plaza Hotel. The room was clean, fresh, and fully equipped with a kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was also spacious enough to easily accommodate a mobile scooter I rented for my mom, and the staff kindly provided a shower chair upon request. Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to mention this was my parents' first time in DC for a bucket list trip, and they went above and beyond by leaving a lovely welcome note and coupons. The location is perfect—within walking distance of major sightseeing, food, and parks. We are so grateful we booked here; it completely exceeded our expectations!
