My experience at State Plaza Hotel absolutely exceeded expectation. Myself and work colleagues were welcomed with fantastic hospitality from the owners and Staff. We were always catered for aswell as had the rooms serviced and cleaned regularly. The food served at the hotel is absolutely phenomenal cannot wait to visit again!

This was an exceptional place to stay! The staff were amazing, and they upgraded our room to a suite without us asking! It was bigger than our first apartment. Aside from the upgrade, it was in the perfect location. It was so quiet - it was like we were in our own world. We could walk to The National Mall which was a great place explore and then grab an uber to further destinations. I would recommend it to anyone!

We had a board retreat on a tight budget. This hotel was perfectly located - near Georgetown, George Washington University, near monuments and other attractions. The hotel has been remodeled … it bit of a throw back but clean and spacious rooms. We even had a separate kitchen area. Super comfy bed and good sheets. And 6 pillows on the bed. The daily housekeeping cleaned our room beautifully. And a nice closet. Staff at front desk very helpful. I would stay hear again for certain.

The hotel does have floors that have seen it's better days. The kitchen was an added bonus.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms very comfortable and big, with a kitchenette provided with everything you need for 4 people, plates, cups,etc. It's closer to many attractions
