PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! STAFF HELPFUL!! ...

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! STAFF HELPFUL!! building was quaint on the the outside and had a classy feel..Room set up was nice...I had my own little powder table! Kitchen was not short of anything! The bathroom had Bath and Body works toiletries. Spacious. Clean. The surrounding neighborhood has restaurants in close proximity. Parking is available on the street. Weekends are free. Weedays you pay. Hotel has it's own underground parking. A nice experience. MUST RETURN.

Приятное место в пешем ходе от центра. Удобные комнаты с большими кухнями. Приветливая и улыбчивая обслуга. Нам очень понравилось.

Stayed here for two ...

Stayed here for two nights because we had a medical procedure in D.C. and the gentleman at the front office Kibrom was kind enough to give us an hour late check out and even offered us two bottles of water while we were waiting in the lobby for our flight which wasn’t until later in the afternoon. We were offered complementary breakfast because they offer that to Veterans. It was refreshing to experience great hospitality and customer service in an industry that seems like it’s going far from these two tenets. The staff in the dining room were polite and friendly. Great customer service by Kibrom at the reception desk. Rooms were clean and had everything we were hoping for. Thanks for the stay. We will come back.

The hotel does have ...

The hotel does have floors that have seen it's better days. The kitchen was an added bonus.

The staff is very ...

The staff is very friendly, the rooms very comfortable and big, with a kitchenette provided with everything you need for 4 people, plates, cups,etc. It's closer to many attractions
