The rooms are a bit dated as far as fixtures and decor, but our room was clean with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The kitchen was an awesome surprise as I didn't realize it came with one. Fully stocked with stove, fridge, cabinets and pots, plates, utensils ect. The shower had excellent water pressure. All my encounters with staff were friendly and helpful. They clean your room every day. The hotel is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the national mall/whitehouse ect. Blocks aways from the university. Be advised their parking is underground and $50 per night. Very walkable area. We left our car parked and walked everywhere. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here because it’s close to the monuments, the hotel has spacious rooms and they feel super clean. The service is superb.. We loved our stay there. A special shout out for the cleaners who did our room very well everything was smelling fantastic and it was clear that there was special effort to keep the rooms clean and washed.

We really had a great experience at this hotel. There is two entrance/ front desk in this hotel, which might be little confusing. There is 24 hour parking lot in 0.2 miles, if you want don't want to valet park. The room that we stayed in had a small kitchen which was sufficient for 2 people. Customer service was great!!
