This hotel was very ...

This hotel was very close to the monuments and several great restaurants! You don’t have to use a car at all which was fantastic and exactly what we wanted. There are several homeless tents outside but they don’t bother anyone. I was nervous about that at first but then realized it was a safe area when I saw students walking around. The circulation in the room was rough at first and it made sleeping very hot but then the hotel staff were very accommodating and gave us a fan and fixed our thermostat. Overall I would stay here again. Affordable spot and super close to all the things you want to see in DC!

Wonderful room, felt like ...

Wonderful room, felt like a mini apartment. We were in the building not connected to the lobby but it was equally as nice. Walking distance to the monuments but we took a car to see easier. We only stayed one night but I would definitely come back and stay here again! Liquor store and cvs next door.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! STAFF HELPFUL!! ...

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! STAFF HELPFUL!! building was quaint on the the outside and had a classy feel..Room set up was nice...I had my own little powder table! Kitchen was not short of anything! The bathroom had Bath and Body works toiletries. Spacious. Clean. The surrounding neighborhood has restaurants in close proximity. Parking is available on the street. Weekends are free. Weedays you pay. Hotel has it's own underground parking. A nice experience. MUST RETURN.
