Great rooms!!! Clean, minimalist ...

Great rooms!!! Clean, minimalist hotel with good environment, restaurant was 10/10, food 10/10, parking 5/10 you have to walk to get to your car.. I just wanted to say ALEX should be a MANAGER here. He was so kind and knowledgeable of everything. The only one. We think he should run the whole reception. When we got here after a long drive we had to wait 30 minutes to get it out room because someone mix our names and gave our room to someone else which is understandable but unacceptable, that’s why my 4 stars

I was PLEASANTLY surprised ...

I was PLEASANTLY surprised at the kitchen addition to the room; I would have been happy with just a microwave. There was also an additional area between the room and the bathroom that could be smaller to make the bathroom a bit more spacious. But overall loved the room and hotel design, will definitely return if ever in DC again.

Great two night stay ...

Great two night stay this past weekend. Very large clean room with a wonderfully styled bathroom. We were on the 8th floor and the window in the shower area opened a few inches and there was a wonderful breeze and view. The area is fantastic and a nice walk to restaurants in the George Washington University area. In the other direction you have a nice walk or Uber ride to the Smithsonian museums and monuments. There is a convenient CVS next door for snacks and any other needs. We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel which was enjoyable and tasty. My only reason for not rating an overall 5 is because while the AC was blowing out cold air, the room was overall warm which did not make for a great night's sleep. I would though, highly recommend the place.
