Americans for Homeopathy Choice invites you to join Canadian filmmaker and homeopath Ananda More who will be in attendance for the private showing and DMV premiere of her documentary, "Magic Pills: Homeopathy, Promise or Placebo." More will do a Q&A following the film. The admission price includes a reception with light hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine. We expect Washington decision-makers and prominent homeopathy proponents from around the country to join us at the historic AFI Silver Theatre for this red-carpet event. Black tie optional PLEASE NOTE: Tickets for this event are limited and only available online. Film Synopsis: In "Magic Pills" homeopath Ananda More takes the audience on an around-the-world tour of homeopathy including places such as India, Africa and Switzerland. Her aim is to examine whether homeopathy holds the key to effective, low-cost, nontoxic treatment of a broad array of illnesses and conditions or is merely the placebo its critics claim it to be. Personal stories mix with clinical results to suggest the intriguing possibility that homeopathy may be the medicine of the future—offering individualized treatment for the entire person, both physical and  psychological.
