Tysons Partnership Board Member Reception at The Palm (Pre-Cirque Du Soleil)

Please note: The VIP Premiere Night for Cirque Du Soleil is   Thursday, July 25th   This invitation is for the Pre-Show Reception only   You will receive a separate invitation for Cirque Du Soleil VOLTA tickets. The email will come from Volta.rsvp@cirquedusoleil.com and will provide instructions on how to reserve your two complimentary tickets.   July 25th is a special evening for Tysons Partnership Board Members and Guests. If you are unable to attend the two events (reception at The Palm at 5:30pm and the Cirque performance at 8pm) you may delegate someone on your team to attend in your place. You will receive a separate invitation from rsvp@taapr.com that will provide instructions on how to reserve your two tickets. Do I need to RSVP for each event that I want to attend — the Cirque show and the reception? Yes.  May I attend just the reception and not attend the Cirque Du Soleil show or vice versa? Yes. If I cannot attend, may I invite someone else to attend in my place? Yes. You may delegate someone on your team to attend in your place. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Guests are encouraged to use metro—the Tysons Metro station is about a seven minute walk (0.3 miles). Parking is available in the 1750 Tysons Blvd. parking garage. Parking is free with the validation coupon that will be provided at the Palm. What type of seating is provided under the Big Top?  The Big Top seats over 2,500 spectators per performance. All seats are cushioned with backs. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
